When your doctor tells you that you need a service or procedure, call your Personal Health assistant at 855.816.0001. We take care of the details and you always pay zero.

The Zero Card includes services such as surgeries, x-ray, advanced imaging (MRI, CT), lab and many others.

When you use The Zero Card, your health plan pays 100% of the charges. That means no deductible, no co-pay and no co-insurance coming out of your pocket.

You can search for a provider here on our website. We also encourage you to call us as we are always adding additional providers.

Receive a bill? No worries! Simply call us at 855.816.0001 or email us at support@thezerocard.com and we will take care of it.

Sometimes a provider may also want your regular insurance card or it may already be on file. The boarding pass we send you and to your provider is all you need to have the service done. If the provider insists on your insurance card, just be sure they know that the service you are about to receive under your Zero Card should not be billed to your regular insurance.

Not every procedure will be available in every Zero Card region. Your best bet is to give us a call as we may be able to work with hometown providers to help you on a one-time basis.

Some folks with The Zero Card may want to travel to other regions to have a test or procedure done so they can avoid paying deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance.
